Specifying the next approver
This section describes the function that allows the applicant or approver to directly specify the next approver in the WorkFlow.

1. How to Set Up
From the dashboard screen, open the "Administration Settings" and go to "Application."
Open an existing application form or create a new one and open WorkFlow settings.
Click the check mark and add an approver to the WorkFlow.
Click on "Who can approve?," and select "Applicant or approver will specify the next approver."
In Setting 1) (Required), you can add the user name, department, and/or position of the next approver.
In this section, you can narrow down the users you want the applicant or approver to select, who will be the next approver.
Example: If you add all departments, all users within a department will be displayed.
Setting 2 (optional) allows you to select how many approvers can be set.
Click "Publish" to save changes.
2. How Specifying Approvers Works in Practice
In the bottom of the applicant screen, you will find "Set approvers."
You will find a list of users who are able to approve.
3. Approval by consensus
The application will be fully approved once the number of approvals needed is complete.
Example: An application that requires the approval of two people in the applicant's department
In the approver settings, select "Specify the next approver for the application/approver".
Setting 1 (Required) Enter the user's name, department, position, etc. (You can select one or more of these options.)
Setting 2 (Optional) Select "Specify the number of approvers who need to approve the application," and enter the number of approvers who need to approve the application.
Click "Submit" to save changes.
