1. Deleting a User ID
It is not possible for you to completely delete a user.
If you provide us with the user name and e-mail address you wish to delete, we will delete the user.
The Management Office will delete the user ID.
Please follow the example below to contact the Administration Office.

2. Turn the flag OFF for the user ID
You can prevent users from logging in by changing the following flag (status) to red.
You will not be able to log in (and you will not be billed for paid plans).
3. Points to note when deleting a user
If you want to delete a user, please contact our office.
If you delete a user, the WorkFlow and application forms involving the user will not work properly.
If the user to be deleted has been set as an individual in the WorkFlow, please reset the WorkFliw beforehand.
