Two-step verification (one-time password) login
Here we will show you how to log in using the one-time password.
For enhanced security, use the one-time password in addition to your ID and password to log in.

Enable the one-time password in the security settings.
［User Settings]
1.Enable one-time passwords in your profile.
2. Install the application on your smartphone.
3. Enter the one-time password displayed in the app into SmartFlow.

Enable the security settings.
［User Settings]
1. Select Edit Profile on the home screen.
2. Enable the login one-time password authentication in the security settings.
Click OK, and the QR code will appear.
Scan it with the following smartphone application.

※If you are unable to read the QR code using the above procedure
Setup by manual input
(1) Click Start.
(2) Click "Enter setup key".
(3) [Account] Enter your SmartFlow account.
［Key] Enter the setup key shown at the bottom of the QR code display screen.
⑷The one-time password will be displayed.
4. On the SmartFlow login screen, enter your ID and password to log in.
The one-time password input screen will appear.
Enter the one-time password displayed on the smartphone app.

Points to note
Points to note when changing smartphone models
When you change the model of your smartphone, the authentication will not be transferred to the new model.
Disable the one-time password authentication by going to [User Settings] 1.2.
Then, enable it again, and scan the new QR code with the new model.
