Two-step verification (one-time password) login
Here we will show you how to log in using the one-time password.
For enhanced security, use the one-time password in addition to your ID and password to log in.

［Administrator Settings]
Enable the one-time password in the security settings.
［User Settings]
1. Enable one-time passwords in your profile.
2. Install the application on your smartphone.
3. Enter the one-time password displayed in the app into Jugaad.
［Administrator Settings]
Go to Company Settings on the Admin screen.
[Company Settings]
Go to the "Security" tab to access security settings.
Enable the 2-step verification setting.
Click "Submit" to save changes.
［Personal Settings]
1. Select "Personal Settings" by clicking on the user icon.
2. Click on "2-Step Verification Setting" to start setup.
Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or FreeOTP.
3. Install the application on your smartphone

If you are using Android
Google Authenticator｜Google Play
Scan the QR code and enter the one-time code.
When successful, this screen should show up.
4. On the Jugaad login screen, enter your ID and password to log in.
The one-time password input screen will appear.
Enter the one-time password displayed on the smartphone app.
Points to note
When you change the model of your smartphone, the authentication will not be transferred to the new model.
Disable the one-time password authentication by going to [User Settings]
Then, enable it again, and scan the new QR code with the new model.
