How to set up a WorkFlow
This section explains how to set up WorkFlows.
Normally, WorkFlows are registered when creating an application form, but "Jugaad" also allows you to save pre-defined WorkFlows.

1. Open the "Template" page.
2. Click "Add Template."
3. Configure applicant settings.
3-1. Enter the WorkFlow name and click "Next".
3-2. You can set the applicant to all users or select a custom applicant by clicking on "Everyone."
3-3. You can set the applicant to "Everyone" or choose custom conditions to filter users.
3-4. Click on the check mark to add a new approver.
4. Configure the WorkFlow.
4-1. Add an approver and edit the step name by clicking "Edit."
You can change the step name to make it easier to identify the approval step.
The step name will be displayed in the "Approval Stamp" field when the PDF file is exported.
4-2.Configure the approver settings.
Search for users in the search window.
The step name will be displayed in the approval stamp field when the PDF file is exported.
Select the search result displayed in the pull-down menu.
4-3. After selecting a user, the "Register" button will become active, and click the "Submit" button.
5. Publish the WorkFlow.
5-1. Click the "Publish" tab on the top right, or click the arrow button on the bottom right.

Please note that your registration details will not be applied to applications submitted before the application is published.
