This section is an introduction to the Revert button.
This feature allows you to undo the approval of an application that has been mistakenly approved by a user, and then modify it.
This feature is only available in the Professional plan.

1. You can find the application you approved in the "Participated" section in "My Items" located on the dashboard of the home screen.
Click on the row of the application you want to revert.
The "Revert" button is found in the bottom of the application.
Users can revoke their own approval if the next step has not been approved yet. (Only if there is a approver in the next step)
2. When is this function used?
This function can be used when an approver approves an application by mistake.
If the next approver has not yet completed the approval process, they can retrieve the application and restart the application flow.
3.Task management/notification when an approver gets their application back
When an approver reverts a task, the corresponding task will be deleted from the list of tasks for the next approver.
If there are multiple approvers in the same step, one will be notified that the other has reverted the task.
If you approve the reverted request, it will appear in the final approver's task again.
