1. Select the Form You Want to Use
2. Enter the Application Items
3. Submit the Application
1. Select the form you want to use from "Application" on the dashboard.
2. Enter the required information according to the items on the application form.
Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.
3. Click the "Submit" button to submit the application.
If you are unable to click the "Submit" button, please make sure that all required fields are filled in.
The application will be automatically saved as a draft.
