1. Select the form you want to use from "Application forms" or "Application form list" on the dashboard.
2.Enter the required information.
Enter the required information according to the items on the application form.
Items marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.
3.Complete the application.
Click the "Apply" button to submit the application.
If you are unable to click the "Submit" button, please make sure that all required fields are filled in.
If you cannot click the "Submit" button, please make sure that you have filled in all the required fields. The application will be automatically saved as a draft.
When a user who is concurrently working at the same company applies by selecting the company and position
If you want to apply or approve an application for a user who is concurrently using SmartFlow, please go to "Apply" or "Approve" and select the organization and position you want to use when applying or approving from the list of concurrent users (organization and position).
