Setting up concurrent duties such as position and affiliation
In this section, you will learn how to register your position and affiliation.

1.Open User Management.
2.Select "Add User" or "Edit User".
If you want to add a concurrent user to an already registered user, click Edit User.
3.If you want to make a user who is already registered to work at the same time, select "Edit User".
Click "+" to increase the number of items, and then select the department or position you want to add.
4. concurrent employees <approval method
Select from [Affiliation/Position] and choose which affiliation to approve.
5.Concurrent Employee <Approval Method> Select the concurrent employee from [Affiliation/Title] and select which affiliation to approve.
If the applicant is also a concurrent employee, select the organization to which the application should be sent in the same way as the approval method.
If the approval route is within the applicant's organization, the application will be submitted to the organization selected by the concurrent user.
If the approval route is approved within the applicant's organization, the application will be submitted to the organization selected by the person who is concurrently working.
