Creating an application form
1, Click on the application form.
2, Click on the new application form.
3, Form settings
3-1, Set the classification name (optional)
→You can use the pull-down menu to select a category name when you have registered a form category in advance.
3-2, Setting the application form name
→You can set a name for the application form.
3-3, Setting the approval route (optional)
→ You can select the approval route by using the pull-down menu when the approval route has been set in advance.
→When an approval route has been set in advance, it can be selected by using the pull-down menu. By selecting this option, the following settings can be omitted.
3-4, Set the description (optional)
3-5. Press "Register" after all settings are complete.
4、Set up the form
4-1, Change the section name
→Click on the word "Section 1" to edit the section name.
→When you are done editing, press Save.
4-2, Adding a Form
→You can add a form to the section by dragging and dropping single-line or multi-line text, checkboxes, radio buttons, pull-downs, etc.
4-3, Editing a form
→You can edit the form by clicking the memo mark.
→The input guide will appear in the background to help you fill out the form.
→Click "Save" when you have finished editing.
4-4, Form Introduction
→When filling out the application form, the information registered by the applicant will be displayed in "Employee ID", "Employee name", "Position" and "Affiliation".
4-5、Adding sections and tables
→Click the two buttons at the bottom of the screen to add a new section and table.
4-6, Complete the form
→When the form is completed, click the check mark to set the approval path.
5、Setting up the approval route
→Refer to the separate sheet for setting the approval route.
6、Publishing the created form
→After setting the form and approval route, click on "Publish" to publish the form.
→You can set the approval deadline for the application.
→After setting the deadline, click the publish button at the bottom to publish the form.
