How to check shared applications
This section describes how to view applications shared with other users and applications shared by other users.
You can share an application form when you create it, or you can share it from the application approval list after submitting it.

1.Click "Shared" on the sidebar.
2.Click the application number of the application you want to check the contents of.
3.Click the application number of the application you want to view.
You cannot edit or approve a shared application.
Example of sharing
1 When "A" shares the application with "B".
Click [Scheduler and Facilities] on the "System Settings" page.
It will also be displayed in "Applications shared by me" in "Applications shared by Mr. A".
2 If the form drafted by Ms. A is shared by Ms. B
It will be displayed in Mr. B's [Shared applications] field.
It will not be displayed in Mr. B's [Applications shared by me].
