How to check shared applications
You can share an application form when you create it, or you can share it from the WorkFlow after submitting it.

1. Click "Shared" on the sidebar.
2. Click the application number of the application you want to view.
You cannot edit or approve a shared application.
Example of sharing
1. When "A" shares the application with "B"
Click [Scheduler and Facilities] on the "System Settings" page.
It will also be displayed in "Applications shared by me" in "Applications shared by A."
2. If the form drafted by "A" is shared by "B"
It will be displayed in B's [Shared applications] field.
It will not be displayed in B's [Applications shared by me].
